Guests have the opportunity to get to know the collection in depth, choose a piece of their interest, and offer a personal reading to a close audience.

Selected work: Jano Ocorrichu by Graciela Iturbide Sofia Mariscal has chosen this work by Iturbide, which she will comment on in dialogue with the photograph taken by Manuel Alvarez Bravo in 1948 of the Mural that Clemente Orozco did at the National Museum of History in Juarez. Two poetic views of the real Mexico with which the Mexican curator based in Pamplona will guide us in her personal journey through Mexican art of the last century. Sofia Mariscal (Chihuahua, Mexico, 1984) is since 2011 founder and director of the Marso Foundation project, a platform for dialogue and participation for the international art community in Mexico City, which for a few years has also been an art gallery. Settled in Pamplona for the past three years, Mariscal has promoted artistic projects linked to the Otazu Art Foundation and recently inaugurated the Arewá space in Madrid to highlight indigenous crafts. She studied International Relations in Mexico City, Art History at the University of Bologna and Art Market at Sotheby's Institute in New York. |
