Conditions for participation in the activity
The University of Navarra Museum's activities for children and young people aim to help develop multiple intelligences (intrapersonal and interpersonal, visual, linguistic, naturalistic, kinaesthetic, musical...), as well as creativity and different skills, such as learning to look and think through art in a playful way. For this, it is of the utmost importance to achieve an atmosphere of coexistence and respect for each other and for the educators, in which the children feel comfortable and safe.
Therefore, those who register participants in the activity declare that they have legal guardianship of the minor or have obtained authorisation from those who have it, and accept the conditions set out below:
1. The minor undertakes to comply with the ordinary rules of behaviour and coexistence during the activity, and to treat other participants, as well as the educators and other people who collaborate in the activity, with courtesy. In particular, he/she undertakes to follow the instructions he/she receives for the orderly development of the activity and for his/her safety and that of the other participants.
2. The organisation reserves the right of expulsion in cases of serious or repeated non-compliance with the aforementioned rules or instructions. Parents or guardians will be responsible for any expenses incurred in the return of the pupils, as well as any possible compensation for damages caused to the Museum, the University of Navarra or third parties.
3. The organisation reserves the right to make any variations it deems necessary for a better development of the activities.
4. The organisation cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
5. In the event that the minor is in need of medical treatment, due to accident or sudden illness, and it has not been possible to locate his/her parents or guardians, those responsible for the activity are authorised to take the measures they consider most appropriate for the minor's health.
[ ] I accept the above conditions (*)
[I authorise the Museo Universidad de Navarra to capture images and/or videos of the minor enrolled in the activity and to use them in the preparation of publications, both in paper and electronic format, such as brochures, the Museum's website and public profiles on social networks, etc.
[I give my express consent for the University of Navarra to use my data and those of the minor for the management of his/her participation in the activity. This data may also be used to inform parents or guardians of future activities of the same or similar nature to those in which they register their children. I am aware that I can withdraw my consent whenever I wish, without this affecting the processing already carried out, as well as exercise my rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability, among others mentioned in the Privacy Policy. For any questions about privacy at the University of Navarra or to exercise my rights, I can contact the University's Data Protection Officer at dpo@unav.es (*).
[I wish to exercise my right to object to not being informed in the future of similar products or services by the University of Navarra.
The organisation undertakes to carry out its tasks in accordance with the strictest professional ethics.
