Buying tickets is easy. Select the event you wish to attend. You will be able to know all the details of the event, where it is held, select the day, the time, the number of tickets, the area and the prices of your preference... in the same application. The online ticket purchase system is subject to current legislation in Spain. Therefore, the sales operations will be understood to be carried out at the address of Museo Universidad de Navarra, Campus universitario s/n, 31080-Pamplona (Spain).

The minimum age for purchasing tickets is 16 years old. In any case, the minimum age for attendance recommended for the specific event must be respected. The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided in the purchase process.

Tickets can be paid with the following credit or debit cards: VISA or Mastercard.

As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation message with your ticket as an attachment. You can print your ticket, if you wish, or you can also present it on your cell phone when accessing the selected function. It is possible that this e-mail may not reach your "Inbox", as some e-mail providers detect it as spam. We recommend that you always check the "Junk mail" section as well.

If the purchase was made by telephone, you will not receive this confirmation and must go to the Museum's reception to pick up your ticket.

1. Exchanges and returns

No changes or refunds of previously purchased tickets will be accepted, except in the case of cancellation of the event or possible technical or operational incidents. The impossibility of attending an event or show, the commission of an error when purchasing the ticket/s or bad weather conditions do not entitle to a refund of the ticket or the price.

In case of cancellation of the event after more than half of the advertised duration, the buyer is not entitled to a refund of the ticket price.

The user may not exercise the right of withdrawal or termination, in accordance with current consumer and retail trade regulations.

2. Cancellation of events

In the event of cancellation of the event, the refund may be requested within fifteen (15) working days from the date of public notification of the cancellation of the show. Once this period has elapsed, no refund request will be accepted.

The Museo Universidad de Navarra, with its ticket sales service, aims to facilitate the acquisition of tickets by the public, managing their distribution in the name and on behalf of the promoter. For this reason, the Museum of the University of Navarra is expressly released from any obligation and/or responsibility corresponding to the promoter.

For purchases made by telephone, Internet or ATMs, the refund of the ticket price will be made automatically to the card* from which the purchase was made within approximately 3 to 15 working days.

For purchases made at the Museum's reception desk, returns must be processed at the same point of sale where they were purchased.

The activities for children and youth at Museo Universidad de Navarra aim to help develop multiple intelligences (intrapersonal and interpersonal, visual, linguistic, naturalistic, kinesthetic, musical...), as well as creativity and different skills, such as learning to look and think through art in a playful way. For this, it is of the utmost importance to achieve an atmosphere of coexistence and mutual respect and with the educators, in which the children feel comfortable and safe.

Therefore, those who register participants in the activity declare that they have legal guardianship of the minor or have obtained authorisation from those who have it, and accept the conditions set out below:

1. The minor undertakes to comply with the ordinary rules of behaviour and coexistence during the activity, and to treat other participants, as well as the educators and other people who collaborate in the activity, with courtesy. 2. The organisation reserves the right of expulsion in cases of serious or repeated non-compliance with the aforementioned rules or instructions. Parents or guardians will be responsible for any expenses incurred in the return of the pupils, as well as any possible compensation for damages caused to the Museum, the University of Navarra or third parties.

3. The organisation reserves the right to make any variations it deems necessary for a better development of the activities.

4. The organisation cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

5. In the event that the minor is in need of medical treatment, due to accident or sudden illness, and it has not been possible to locate his/her parents or guardians, those responsible for the activity are authorised to take the measures they consider most appropriate for the minor's health.

[ ] I accept the above conditions (*)

[ ] I authorize Museo Universidad de Navarra to capture images and/or videos of the minor enrolled in the activity and to use them in the elaboration of publications, both in paper and electronic format, such as brochures, web page and public profiles of the Museum on social networks, etc.

[I give my express consent for the University of Navarra to use my data and those of the minor for the management of his/her participation in the activity. This data may also be used to inform parents or guardians of future activities of the same or similar nature to those in which they register their children. I am aware that I can withdraw my consent whenever I wish, without this affecting the processing already carried out, as well as exercise my rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability, among others mentioned in the Privacy Policy.
