OPENING HOURS OF ROOMS:
Tue-Sat. from 12 to 15 h. and from 17 to 20 h.
Sun. from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

HOLY WEEK SCHEDULE:
Except for closing days, the Museum will be open from Tuesday, April 4 to Sunday, April 16 from 11 am to 2 pm. 

CHRISTMAS SCHEDULE:
January 23 through January 8, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

SUMMER SCHEDULE:
July and August: open from 11 am to 2 pm. Mondays closed.
From June 22nd there will be no guided tours except on request. Consult the section Visits to request your exclusive visit.

GUIDED TOURS and OTHER MODALITIES

Free guided tours are offered:

Tuesday to Friday at 6 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays at 12h*.

*On the first Sunday of each month, a dramatized visit is added to the usual visit at the same time. For this visit, especially aimed at family audiences, it is necessary to make a reservation before Friday at 1 pm through the "Dramatized Visits" page.

Guided tours are interrupted during the summer. They end on June 25 and will resume on September 21.

Tuesday to Saturday, from 12 to 15 h and from 17 to 20 h. Sundays and holidays, from 11 am to 2 pm.
Monday, closed
* On holidays, except if it falls on Monday, the Museum will open the exhibition halls with Sunday or holiday hours.
**During the Christmas and Easter holidays on Campus, the Museum will be open on Sundays or holidays.

Depending on the type of ticket chosen, Museum Members receive up to 30% discount. Consult the advantages and discounts for becoming a Friend of the Museum.

20 % discount for:

  • Students of the University of Navarra 
  • Youth Card for all the season's performances at the theatre, additional discount of €5 on presentation of the card.

15 % discount:

  • Employees of the University of Navarra 
  • Large families, with accreditation at the ticket office.
  • People with disabilities, with proof of disability at the ticket office.

10 % discount:

  • PIC card holders (Pamplona Iruña Card)
  • Patrons and Grand Patrons of the Museum

5 % discount:

  • Friends of the Museum
  • Ambassadors and accompanying persons

50% discount on shows for children up to 6 years old (included) in any location.

The opening hours of the Museum Restaurant are subject to change.

The restaurant is only open in the afternoons/evenings with prior reservation for dinner.

Integrated care

Ticket sales, cloakroom and left-luggage services are available at reception. Ask the reception staff for printed material or download it from the QR codes visible in each room.

Induction Loops

Magnetic induction loops are available on request to facilitate hearing for people with implants or hearing aids.

Wheelchairs are available at the Museum (at reception) for the convenience of those who require them.

There are spaces reserved for wheelchairs.

Its spaciousness makes it easy to move between floors.

 

Toilets

All toilets have individual cubicles prepared for wheelchair users. In addition, baby changing facilities are available on the first floor and ground floor.

MUN Lockers

Use the lockers and cloakroom on floor 0, next to reception. The lockers are activated with a €1 coin, which is returned after use. Backpacks, bags and suitcases larger than 30x30 cm are not allowed in the exhibition rooms.

The Restaurant and La Terraza dEl Museo offer from the heart of the Campus a careful cuisine with seasonal products of the highest quality, in a privileged environment. A proposal that you should not miss. The restaurant serves dinner by reservation only and recommends the reservation of spaces for snacks or lunch.

Tips for visitors

Objects, handbags, bags or suitcases larger than 30 cm. must be left in the luggage room.

Leave umbrellas at the entrance.

Only photographs without flash and for private use are allowed. The room guards may ask you not to take photos and indicate areas where photography may not be permitted for various reasons. 

Due to legislation regarding the protection of intellectual property, it is not permitted to take photographs of the plays, or to take photographs or recordings during the performances at the Theater.

The use of flash, tripods or monopods is not allowed.

Playing the works is not allowed, except for activities where indicated.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. It is important that adults keep children close to them, so that they do not touch the works of art in the galleries.

Pets are not allowed in the Museum, except in the case of guide dogs and assistance dogs.

Please keep mobile phones on silent mode. Photographs with mobile devices are allowed but without flash.

How to get there

The University of Navarra has a bicycle lane that crosses the entire campus. The Museum has two parking areas for bicycles, but there are numerous bicycle parking areas throughout the campus. 

The bus station is located right in the centre of the city. It has daily connections to Alicante, Andalusia, Barcelona, Bilbao,...

You can also get to the Museum by city buses known in Pamplona as "Villavesas". The lines that go to the Museum are number 1 (stop 585 on C/Fuente del Hierro (under the bridge) and number 5 (stop 380 behind the Amigos building).

The Museum has a parking area with 25 spaces for visitors and customers of the Museum Restaurant and Terrace. When shows are scheduled, visitors can also park in the Libraries and Law car parks.
