Site specific and Open Talk is part of the cycle Pensamiento en Danza. Coordinated by Ibis Albizu, the lecture series brings an expert vision to the activities of the dance series programmed by the Museo Universidad de Navarra

On this occasion, the first action of the cycle will allow the attendees to approach the artistic creation residency project CreAcción of the company Metamorphosis Dance. Thanks to the collaboration with the Faculty of Communication, the ballet takes the Campus, and the company will offer a small choreographic fragment specifically designed for that place(site specific) to give rise to the encounter in first person with Iratxe Ansa and Igor Bacovich.

Iratxe Ansa, born in San Sebastian, graduated from the John Cranko Schule Stuttgart in Germany. She was part of Ballet Basel and Ballet Gulbelkian before joining the National Dance Company under the direction of Nacho Duato. Before joining the Nederlands Dance Theatre under the direction of Anders Hellstrom, she worked at the Lyon Opera Ballet. She has received several awards, such as the Professional Dance Association in 2007. After leaving NDT she set up on her own, and currently works as a choreographer and teaches all over the world.

Igor Bacovich, of Italian origin, graduated in dance at CODARTS, Holland. He worked in Holland with various choreographers such as Bruno Listopad, Krisztina de Chatel or Nanine Linning, among others. Between 2008 and 2014 she dedicated her efforts to social work in Holland and Spain before founding, in the same year, the project "Metamorphosis Dance".

The duo collaborates on a wide variety of projects, choreographing, dancing, teaching, organizing events and producing shows.
