In this session, Daito Manabe and the choreographer and dancer MIKIKO -director of the company ELEVENPLAY- will present some of their works, in which dance and technology create new forms of expression.
The session will take place in the Museum Theater and will alternate the projection of videos showing the creations with explanations by the artists. There will be simultaneous translation service Japanese - Spanish.
Among the works we will be able to see are two clips made with the North American producer Nosaj Thing - "Eclipse / Blue" (2012) and "Cold Stares" (2015) - and three interactive shows made by the Rhizomatiks studio and the dance company ELEVENPLAY. The works combine contemporary dance, lighting design, drones, videomapping and algorithmic image generation.
