A journey, through contemporary and urban choreographic language, to the universe of the artist Jorge Oteiza.
The dance takes us to scenes inspired by the essay Quosque tandem! by Jorge Oteiza. Itsaso A. Cano chooses different aspects of his work, his philosophy and his reflections to sculpt a journey into the artist's universe, Basque constructivism and the author's 1963 essay.
Concepts such as negative aesthetics, the creative process in the solitude of art and its emptiness, and reflections on the Neolithic Cromlech as a divine place are brought to the contemporary scene. A. Cano's proposal proposes a disordered reading similar to that of Oteiza in his essay, replicating crossings out and annotations in the margin and immersing the viewer in the conceptual investigation of the manuscript.
