Conditions for participation in the Orchestra
The Orquesta Sinfónica Universidad de Navarra offers you the opportunity to be part of a young orchestra, which participates in projects and events alone and in collaboration with other institutions. It is formed by students of university age. Each course offers students from the University and other centers the possibility of training and belonging to a quality symphonic ensemble. Directed by Borja Quintas, its activity is developed throughout the course by top professionals of the music scene and culminates with public performances.
Inspired by the orchestras of the most prestigious universities in the United States and Central Europe, it aims to revalue the role of the arts and music in the university environment and to become a young orchestra of reference. On the horizon it also wants to strengthen links and exchanges with other national and international university institutions through music, so each year the Orchestra carries out projects in collaboration with other institutions.
The auditions are open to all students of the University of Navarra and also to students from other universities and institutions such as conservatories and music schools.
If you study at the University of Navarra, being part of the Symphony Orchestra opens the door to be part of the Artistic Talent program.
