No useless flowers Elephant in the Black Box Company

This choreography is born from the tribute to the women of 39 in their exile in Europe and Latin America, their struggle and their need for freedom. A struggle that balances between life and death. A game where dance, music and poetry coexist.

World premiere

Price: 16 and 12€.

Articulated around the dreamlike world of Federico García Lorca, No hay flores inútiles proposes a look at the past but without ever losing sight of the horizon. Without forgetting, moving towards a new world. That fine wind that comes from the familiar scent of a distant relative. A playful game where dance, music and poetry coexist and that puts the magnifying glass beyond the dimensions of modernity, in a new human architecture and in the revolution of new parameters.

No hay Flores inútiles is the latest show by choreographer Marco Blázquez produced by Elephant in the Black Box. A co-creation with texts by poet Nuria Ruiz de Vinaspre and dramaturgy by actress and stage director Paula Soldevilla.
