In a fascinating fusion of spontaneity and authentic expression, a group of children become performers of this piece along with Animal Religion.
Exploring the art of imitation, this unique creation challenges the stigma of copying. Copy is a show that invites to the stage a group of boys and girls aged 8 to 10 who have done no rehearsal or preparation before entering the stage. Through movement, sound and light, the audience will be guided on a journey that celebrates the dialogue between originality and copying.
Copying has a bad reputation. The thinking surrounding this act is pejorative, of little originality and, therefore, of little personality. And this is a surprising fact because, in reality, as the social beings that we are, from birth to death we always copy. In fact, copying is quite natural. We all copy each other and thanks to this fact we connect, learn and teach, and thus, society evolves.
