After months of hard work, the university's students present the musical of the year: *Something Rotten!*

London, 1595. Everyone adores William Shakespeare. Everyone except Nick Bottom, a playwright desperate for the success that always eludes him. Until a visit to a fortune-teller reveals that the future of theater lies in a new genre where actorssing, dance, and tell a story all at the same time.Nick sees his big break: to create the first musical in history.

The problem is that nothing turns out exactly as planned.

Rivalries, romances, prophecies, massive egos, and lots and lots of drama come together in*Something Rotten!*, an explosive, irreverent musical comedy full of nods to Shakespeare and Broadway.

Get ready to laugh at theater, musicals, and everything that happens when someone wants to succeed at any cost.
