MASTERCLASS MARCH 21, 7:30 P.M.
INAUGURATION MARCH 21 8:00 P.M.
Geografía del tiempo brings together twenty-five years of photographic work by María Bleda (Castellón, 1969) and José María Rosa (Albacete, 1970), articulating it around the series Campos de batalla: a project begun in 1994 and recently completed that is being shown in its entirety for the first time. The exhibition opens with Campos de fútbol ( 1992-1995), the first project that gained public recognition, a series that, establishing a dialectic between place, time and memory, announces the conceptual axes around which his work will later revolve. The exhibition is completed with works belonging to the series Origen ( 2003-), Prontuario, Notas en torno a la Guerra y la Revolución (2011-).
MARÍA BLEDA AND JOSÉ MARÍA ROSA

Bleda y Rosa, who received in 2008 the National Photography Award granted by the Spanish Ministry of Culture, are one of the most outstanding references of contemporary Spanish photography. Their work proposes, from an excellent formal invoice, a critical interrogation on images and history, on the relationship between the past and the present, and on the discourses and visions that cross that relationship.
