A meter and a half represents a leap from reality to the stage through contemporary dance, making the audience reflect on the new way of relating to each other, the changes in our daily routine, and the engine of fear that in recent times has become a traveling companion.

At what distance can a person be considered safe? One meter, two, four? The current situation in all the countries of the world is governed by protocols marked by a dreaded acronym corresponding to a virus. Social distancing seems to be one of the most effective rules to avoid spreading it, but this has broken all our mental schemes of socialization. 

Since the state of alarm began, Zuk Performing Arts has been reflecting on this new concept that entered the political lexicon of the West a few days ago: 'social distancing'. Is it merely a physical distancing, and what are the consequences?
