PRE-SHOW
To speak of Metamorphosis Dance is to speak of precision, balance, elegance; of enigma and avant-garde; of round and refined movements; of a constant and tireless search. His new creation, Prisma, is presented as a seductive sensory experience that invites reflection.
Concepts such as identity, commitment and transformation are present in this new show. A precise and overwhelming movement, a dynamic and attractive scenography and a commitment to take the expressive possibilities of light and music to the limit become the protagonists of the piece created by Iratxe Ansa and Igor Bacovich. Based on a rigorous research, the creators propose an artistic approach to the victims of terrorism in a universal way. How to open a window for recovery? How does a dramatic experience change our future?
Prisma is a luminous, suggestive and empathetic piece that speaks of conflict and overcoming, of strength and struggle, to ask how, despite the terrible traumatic experiences, human beings become stronger, more empowered and more fighting to build a better society.
