Have you ever sat in front of a painting? No cell phone, no hurry...
Practice of attention and contemplation in the Museum to reflect on mindfulness and how to resist the "kidnapping of attention" from bodily presence.
Claudia Claremi
Claudia Claremi is an artist and filmmaker. Her work encompasses video, analog film, installation, photography and archival practices. Her practice explores memory, identity and the intersection of personal and collective histories, addressing themes such as embodiment, diaspora, coloniality and phytoculture, particularly the relationship between humans and plants. His projects have been exhibited in venues such as CVA Denver, MAMM Medellin, HKW Berlin, Museo CA2M, La Casa Encendida, PhotoEspaña and Museo Reina Sofia in Madrid.

Ricardo Horcajada
Professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the UCM. PhD in Fine Arts from the UCM with a doctoral thesis on the relationship between visual codes and the processes of knowledge transmission in tradition. His activity as a draftsman begins in the nineties and since then he has focused on drawing in a natural way trying to typify and analyze the constitutive processes of knowledge and graphic thought. He is currently the Co-Director of GI 930034 "Drawing, graphics and knowledge" and of Gabinete de Dibujo UCM.

Antonio Ballester Moreno
The artist Antonio Ballester Moreno investigates in his work on cognitive processes related to creativity. He has had solo exhibitions in national and international spaces, such as La Casa Encendida (¡Vivan los campos libres de España!, 2017), and among his numerous group exhibitions, the 33rd Sao Paulo Biennial (2018) stands out, where he participated as artist and curator. His work is part of the collections of the Museo Nacional de Arte Reina Sofía, the CA2M in Madrid, the MUSAC in León and the Helga de Alvear Foundation, among others.

Aitana Cordero
Aitana Cordero is a creator/choreographer, mover, dancer and pedagogue. Some of the recurring interests in her works are the body and how it can meet other bodies, objects, the construction of houses, intimacy, the physicality of violence and struggle, strategies of sharing and the exploration of theater protocols. She graduated in Choreography at the SNDO (School for the Development of New Dance) at the University of Amsterdam and in 2008 she completed the MA in Choreography and New Technologies Dance-Unlimited, also in Amsterdam.

Dance show Noces - Led Silhouette and Chamber Choir of Pamplona
Voices of Stravinsky, Suriñat and Lorca. Contemporary dance performance with live music that revives a key work of the choreographic and musical heritage of the twentieth century. The workshop closes by putting into practice what has been experienced and reflected upon during the sessions. + info
