The various rooms of the building are available to companies and institutions for holding events such as congresses, conventions or celebrations. The theater (750 seats) and the 60-seat classrooms , among other spaces, can be used for meetings of various kinds. The building is currently in the final phase of construction and is scheduled to be inaugurated in January 2015, although all its facilities will be ready for use in October of this year.
