"Arteinformado", the Ibero-American art space with diffusion in Ibero-America, has selected the Museum as one of the 10 Spanish cultural institutions of 2015. The selected institutions are, for Arteinformado, those that have made the news and made a difference in 2015.

From Museo Universidad de Navarra the magazine highlights the opening of the art center , its photographic collection as well as the building, "designed by the renowned Navarrese architect Rafael Moneo, which has 11,000 square meters, housing 14 exhibition halls, a theater, classrooms and workshops for artistic education".

The other institutions selected are the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, the Instituto Valenciano de Arte Moderno (IVAM), the Centre Pompidou in Málaga, the Mapfre, Antoni Tàpies and Joan Miró foundations, the Museo de Bellas Artes de Asturias, the Centro Internacional de Cultura Contemporánea (CICC) - Tabakalera Donostia and the Russian Museum Collection.
