The Obra Social "la Caixa" and the Caja Navarra Foundation are incorporated as sponsoring Trustees to Museo Universidad de Navarra. To this end, "la Caixa" Welfare Projects and the Caja Navarra Foundation are committed to invest 2.5 million euros over the next five years. The agreement is part of the joint social work promoted by both entities to develop social and cultural projects that contribute to improving the quality of life of the people of Navarre.

The Patronage of Promoters of the Museum was constituted to promote the creation and development of a group of individuals and legal entities, of local, national and international origin, that would make the construction of the building possible, especially with their economic donations, but also with their knowledge and experience.
