First Museum Satisfaction Survey: 71% of visitors are young people between 18 and 45 years of age.
81% rated as high and very high the interest of the Museum's contents and programming.

More and more young people are becoming interested in art and culture, according to the first Satisfaction Survey carried out by the Museo Universidad de Navarra to learn about the profile and satisfaction of its visitors, measure the quality of its service and overall satisfaction with the visit. Of the 405 people surveyed between September 2018 and May 2019, 71% are between the ages of 18 and 45.
Of the participants in the study, 81% rated the interest of the visit as high and very high, and 60% rated the building's layout as high and very high. The same percentage of respondents gave this score to the visitor services. In addition, the report states that 73% of the visits come from Spain (58% of which are from Navarre) and 27% are international. As for the general visitor profile, 79% of the people who visit the Museum have higher or university studies and almost 80% are students or salaried employees. As for gender, practically the same number of men as women visit the center (50.37% are men and 49.63% are women).
The survey, carried out by the 24 students of the Museum's Master in Curatorial Studies , both in person and orally, also analyzed the level of attraction and loyalty to the Museum. This aspect reveals that 56% of those surveyed visited the Museum for the first time, while of the 44% who were already familiar with it, 46% indicated that they visit it frequently, between two and four times a year. Thirty-seven percent indicated that they visit "very often" and 17% once or twice a year.
The renewal of the exhibitions, with at least six new temporary exhibitions a year, as well as the changes in the exhibits of the Collection, together with the programming of performing arts and music, cinema, conferences and workshops, promote a loyal visitor profile that returns to the center with assiduity. During their visits, 40% visit the exhibitions and their average stay is one hour and 30 minutes.
