Inter-photo Arch, awarded in the Spanish Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism
The International Inter-photography and Architecture Congress was born from an initiative between the School of Architecture and the Museo Universidad de Navarra

The publication of the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra Inter-photo Arch, edited by professors Rubén Alcolea and Jorge Tárrago and co-published by the University's Publications Service, has won a prize at the XIV BEAU, Spanish Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism in the Publications category.
The publication gathers a selection of the communications received to the International Congress entitled Inter-photography and Architecture, which took place at the Museo Universidad de Navarra (MUN) in November 2016. This event was born as a joint initiative between the Museum and the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra and some of the members of the Photography and Modern Architecture in Spain Research Project. The congress also received the support of the Ministry of Public Works and the Basque-Navarre College of Architects and the collaboration of many other entities related to architecture.
The idea around which the congress, from which the award-winning publication was born, revolves is that 20th century architecture is not only limited to "real experience", but also extends to the images that are presented and represent it. In short, it seeks to show that the photographic representation of architecture is an active agent in the construction of modern architecture. Inter-Fotografía carries out this exercise of reflection in four aspects that give rise to the four volumes of the publication: Interactions, Interferences, Intersections and Interpretations.
The publication includes a hundred authors from a dozen different countries.
