Screening of the documentary and subsequent discussion with one of the directors, Javier Fernández.

Los Materiales, a documentary with experimental overtones and a metalinguistic approach, arises from a previous research process on places in Spain that in the last decades have suffered some kind of "architectural barbarity" with either urban or ecological impact. The film focuses on the region of Riaño, in León, in an area flooded in 1987 by the construction of a reservoir.

This documentary received several awards and prizes throughout 2010, including the Special Mention of the Jury at the Punto de Vista International Documentary Film Festival 2010.
